ZooBuh! collects information for various reasons when you register. Credit Card information is never stored, unless specified for recurring billing purposes only. Credit card information is not shared with any person, or company not directly involved in transaction of money specifically in the purpose of which it was intended. This includes the merchant account and/or bank(s) involved in this transaction.

When you register with ZooBuh!, we may ask you for information such as your name, gender, birth date, zip code, etc.

30 Day Free Trial

Risk Free. Starts on the day you sign up. Expires 1 month from sign up date. 5 day grace period after expiration date for payment due. If account is not used in 30 days after expiration, it will be removed from the system. You are in no way required to pay after expiration. You are not required to submit any payment information prior to trial period.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

ZooBuh! does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies, unless when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ZooBuh! under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help ZooBuh!

These companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13.

We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ZooBuh!'s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about you if ZooBuh! is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, ZooBuh! will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Cookies

ZooBuh! may set and access cookies on your computer. ZooBuh! tracks your IP address, browser and operating system information for various purposes. This is done for security reasons, and compatibility fixes for future releases.

Advertising and/or Pop-ups

ZooBuh! will never send you unsolicited e-mail, or advertisement popup. Some of the features, such as reminders, require a pop-up to function correctly. This is in no way a violation of our pop-up rule.
