Error when in ZooBuh Kids
Everytime we try to write an email from within ZooBuh Kids, we get an error pop up and then Explorer closes down. I thought it was our old computer
because it didnt seem to be an issue with my main computer. The old computer was windows 98 and now we have a windows 2000 professional. My office
computer is windows xp.
Im running iExplore 6.0
HELP!!! This does not benefit us to have this email account if she cant use it from her computer.

Can you be specific as to what the error says?
Have you disabled anything in your browser such as Javascript?
Please respond with any further information you can, so we can better determine what might be the problem.
Thank you for your question.

It says:
Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Then there is a HUGE amount of data with mostly numbers.
Does Javascript need to be on in order to have it work?
Also, we have a content block on her computer but it allows the zoobuh site, so I cant imagine that is the issue.
TIA

Also, it ONLY happens when we click on "New Message" and also ONLY happens when the content advisor is turned ON. When we turn it off, it works
just fine.
We MUST have the content advisor on because there is too much out there that my 12 year old does not need to see and before we put it on there, we
were getting pop ups of [Censored] from an accidential site log on by her.

Yes, Javascript needs to be enabled.
What brand of content advisor are you using?
Is there a way you can cut and paste the "data with mostly numbers" here so I can see if it's a generated error code?
THANKS!

It is the content advisor that is embedded in IE6. I know there are several out there that can be purchased that are good. Any recommendations? I
usually dont like to pay for something that I am getting free, but this email site seems to be the only thing that has been a problem with the current
advisory block.
I can not copy and paste because I can not highlight it. I was going to do that but it is not working for me. Not only that, but it is like 20 pages
long.

Would you be able to take a screen shot and email it to support@zoobuh.com?
If you need steps, I can provide them.
