Unauthorized attempts to login mail account?
In reviewing the account Activity Log for the account I set up for my son, it appears as though someone has been attempting to login to our Zoobuh
account using various passwords and may have succeeded. Now, sure I should have set a complex password to discourage this. But how are these people
finding out the user name? Has anyone else noticed similar attempts. Below is two of the failed attempts. I've replaced our username with x's for
obvious reasons.
Sat Jul 22 14:17:19 MDT 2006 F Login Failed: xxxxxx (password used: derek) 70.128.242.88 / ppp-70-128-242-88.dsl.bumttx.swbell.net

We have created an option in which you can block by IP address. On your log screen, simply click "block".
We are also creating an advanced option that will allow your child to only login with a certain IP. So it can go both ways.
