Trouble sending jpegs
My child tried to email me some photos today from her Zoobuh account to my bellsouth.net account, and only about the top 1/5 of each image came
through to my email client (Outlook).
Is there a size limit on Zoobuh for embedded images?
If not, why would this be happening?
Also, she mentioned that the last two times she's tried typing me a rather lengthy email, Zoobuh "erased it" before she had a chance to send it.
She's very frustrated with Zoobuh.
Please help.

Thanks for the info.
I would have to look to see what the issue would be on this. As far as the sizes are concerned, yes there is. However, it's an all or nothing
deal. Which means if the file size is larger than the allowed, it will deny the entire image, not just part of it. Definitely something to look
at.
I apologize if the message was erased. When this happens, does it log her out completely? Does the message content disappear when sending? Or is
the message on the receiving end blank, despite content being sent?
We are currently implementing auto save, you will be able to set it to whatever frequency you'd like to have it save automatically. Then if you lose
the message, or get logged out, it will be available as a draft and you will be able to edit and send.
Thanks,
Alan

Alan,
Sorry, I never replied to this one last year b/c life just got a little hectic.
So...answers and more questions:
1) What exactly is the sending/receiving file size limit on Zoobuh?
2) We definitely got cut-off images. I can send you the actual email I received from her, but I don't want to post it on the forum.
3) When her emails get deleted as she is typing them, this is what happens: she sometimes types long emails, and she types slow. She's not sure if
it's the number of characters or the amount of time she's spent in her "create message" screen, but it will just take her back to her inbox all of
a sudden and she loses everything she's typed.
4) Images that she tries to send are just not included on the receiving end.
5) Have you implemented the autosave feature yet, and how do you turn it on if so?
Thanks,
|
