Text garbage when replying

My child accesses zoobuh on an iPad using Safari. She uses the simplified interface. Everything works fine unless she replies to an email, then it puts all the hidden text formatting garbage in the email and she can't tell where to start typing and can no longer read the email. (for example: <br /><br / <div>, etc, etc).

Thoughts? Thanks.

We just signed up today. We also get this behavior using Google Chrome on Windows. I suspect that the zoobuh mail client does not handle HTML e-mail very well when it comes to replies.

For now, we are teaching our son to just Select All, then delete, before writing his reply. We're still testing, so we are hoping to find a better solution.

Safari on IPad won't work. It doesn't support the WYSIWYG elements. Hopefully Apple will be able to support that soon.

If you're getting it on Chrome, are you using the Easy version or the Standard version? I'll have someone take a look at this.

It was in the Easy version. We quickly switched to the Standard version (he had to have emoticons). It does not have this problem.

I would think that the Easy version should just convert to all text/strip all html tags.

It should have been doing that, but obviously it's not. ;)

I believe it's a matter of browser detection. It should be resolved soon.

Thanks.
