sent emails are not being sent
We recently signed up for two Zoobuh email accounts for our kids.
Big kid #1 uses the standard interface and their emails come and go (after being approved by me) with no problem.
Little kid #2 uses the simplified interface. He receive emails (after approval) no problem. But when he replies to those emails or composes his own
he gets a "your email has been sent for approval" type message but the messages never arrive in the parent queue and never make it to the
recipients. They just vanish. He's pretty bummed about it.
I've sent two emails to Zoobuh but haven't heard back. I'm hoping someone on this board might be able to offer a solution.
