Delays
We are experiencing some delays in email processing, some can be up to 2 days.

I am new to zoobuh just signed up my 6 year old and I am concerned that it's going on 3 days since people have sent him emails and he has not
received them yet. Are those emails lost?
He and I both are getting discouraged since this has been our only experience so far is this delay. Also I have sent emails to customer service and
have not received a reply, yet another disappointment.
I have read so many positive things that I am going to continue to wait a bit longer, but hopefully this will be resolved soon. I really want this to
work.

One of the mail sorting machines became overloaded and stopped delivering mail. The problem has been fixed, and now it's just processing those
pieces of mail. In answer to your question, those emails are not lost, but just delayed.
Consequently, some of the customer service emails have also been delayed. Any message that went through this particular server has been affected.
Everything should be back to normal sometime today.

My son hasn't noticed any delayed emails. This doesn't mean he hasn't had any, but he hasn't noticed any. But we've been with Zoobuh for a few
years now and haven't ever experienced an outage or slowness in the service.

We don't mind the occasional downtime as long as we know what's happening. Thanks for the heads up and quick explanation.
