JPG's not coming through
Our daughter is not receiving jpeg images - or rather, some she receives and some she does not. Is there an issue with attachments? Attachments (at
least all but compressed .zip formats) are enabled.
Thanks!

There are a few things it could be. Images can be embedded, attached, or linked.
Attached and embedded should work with the attachment option. Where as linked images require the option to remove images to be disabled.
I would love to investigate this for you. Please email me at support@zoobuh.com with your account ID. I'll take a look at it right away.
Cheers

The jpgs have been sent as an application type:
Content-Type: application/octet-stream
This is generally what executables are sent as. This is set by the client and should read image/jpeg. This is why they aren't showing up.
